PTFE Dispersion Emulsion

Physical and chemical properties:
Milk white or light yellow liquid, the solid content of the product is about 60%, the particle diameter is between 0.2um-0.4um, the surfactant content is between 2.0-7.0%, and the pH value is between 8-10. The product has excellent flame retardancy and non viscosity.
Storage & transportation:
Not classified as hazardous for transport. During transportation and storage, avoid heavy shaking, high temperature and below 0℃.After three months, shaking the drum every week to avoid the deposition.

HEZW:Impregnation of glass fiber and asbestos, plastic anti-flaming agent.
HEZA:Impregnation of glass fiber and asbestos, especially for medium and high grade non-stick coating
HEZD:Impregnation of glass fiber and asbestos.
HEZF:Impregnation of glass fiber and asbestos,high grade non-stick coating(PFOA free)。
HEZT:Non-stick coating with high brightness, high adhesion performance and high film forming requirements

Application

Non-stick Coatings for Cookware
After being mixed with additives, it is sprayed onto the surface of cookware and sintered at high temperature to form a dense and smooth film, featuring non-stick, scratch resistance, high temperature resistance and easy cleaning.
Non-stick Coatings for Food Baking Molds
With its low surface energy, it prevents food adhesion, withstands high-temperature baking and meets food contact standards. It is used in baking trays, cake molds, egg tart tins and other utensils.
Anti-stick & Insulating Coatings for Industrial Rollers
The coating formed on the roller surface features non-stick, corrosion resistance, insulation and high temperature resistance. It is used for rollers in plastics, printing and textile machinery.

PTFE Packing / Sealing Material
Braided cords made of aramid fiber and glass fiber are impregnated with PTFE emulsion, then dried and sintered. It features self-lubrication, corrosion resistance and high sealing performance, used for dynamic and static sealing in pumps, valves and pipelines.
PTFE Waterproof & Breathable Fabric
It is made into a thin film and then laminated with textiles. It is waterproof, windproof, breathable, weather-resistant and stain-resistant, used for high-end outdoor garments and medical protective clothing.
PTFE Impregnated Filter Media / Industrial Fabric
PTFE particles coat the fibers and fill the pores, providing filter media with waterproof, oil-proof, corrosion-resistant, non-stick and easy dust removal properties. It is used for dust filter bags, filtration membranes and high-temperature gaskets.

PTFE Emulsion, fully known as Polytetrafluoroethylene Emulsion, also referred to as PTFE Dispersion, is a stable emulsion composed of ultra-fine polytetrafluoroethylene powder as the main component dispersed in an aqueous system with dispersing agents. It is one of the most widely used basic products in the field of fluorine materials.

It can operate stably within a wide service temperature range of -200℃ to 260℃ without melting or degradation.
Excellent Non-stick Property and Low Friction Coefficient
With extremely low surface energy, it repels adhesion from almost all substances; it features a low friction coefficient and outstanding self-lubrication.
Extreme Chemical Corrosion Resistance
It is resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, strong oxidants, and is inert to nearly all chemical media.
Excellent Electrical Insulation Performance
It possesses stable dielectric properties and good insulation, unaffected by temperature or frequency, making it one of the preferred materials for high-end insulation applications.
Waterproof, Oil-proof and Anti-fouling
Its surface is hydrophobic and oleophobic, not easily wetted by water or oil, and is easy to clean and stain-resistant.

II. Typical Processing Technology
PTFE emulsion is usually applied to substrates such as metals, fibers, fabrics and filter media by impregnation, spraying, brushing, rolling or blade coating. After drying and high-temperature sintering, the PTFE particles melt into a continuous, dense and smooth film, thus endowing the substrate with excellent comprehensive properties.
