PFA Granules
PFA (perfluoroalkoxy resin) granules are melt-processible fluoroplastics that combine the corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance of PTFE with the extrusion and injection molding capabilities of thermoplastics. They are widely used in manufacturing corrosion-resistant pipes, valve liners, chemical hoses, connectors, diaphragms, high-frequency cable insulation layers, semiconductor equipment components, and so on.
PTFE Powder, Molding Grade
PTFE suspension medium granules are resin particles produced via suspension polymerization, with a particle size ranging from 60 to 260 μm. They are mainly processed by molding and isostatic pressing, suitable for manufacturing medium-to-large, thick-walled, regular-shaped products such as sheets, rods, pipes and large sealing gaskets.
